Inner Lab Coaching is a private coaching practice for tech professionals who have built a life that looks right on paper and still feel something off on the inside.

The people who come to this work are not in crisis. They are high-functioning, capable, and dependable. They have the career, the income, and often a life they built deliberately in a country they chose. And yet, something underneath has not settled. A quiet question that keeps returning, regardless of what changes on the outside.

Most have already tried the external fixes. A new role. A new city. Better routines. Therapy. Some of it helped. The same feeling came back. Because it was never about the situation. It is a pattern running underneath, and no external change has been able to shift it.

Inner Lab Coaching works on that pattern.

The practice was founded by Michel Guerreiro, a certified coach with 14 years of professional experience across hospitality, aviation, and tech. Michel spent his final corporate years as a Senior Customer Success Manager in SaaS before building Inner Lab Coaching full time. He has lived the exact pattern his clients are living. That shared experience is part of why this work lands the way it does.

The work is structured around private 1:1 sessions over 3 or 6 months. It begins with a free intro call, followed by a deep discovery session, and continues through regular sessions where the real work happens. Session by session, what was stuck starts to move. What was invisible becomes something the client can see and choose differently.

Inner Lab Coaching works with Customer Success Managers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX/UI Designers, Operations Managers, and Tech Founders across Europe.
