Inner Embassy is a yoga school in The Hague, offering over 60 yoga classes per week, in various yoga styles and at all levels. Whether you’re looking for a good physical workout or a calming escape from the stresses of daily life, you’ll find a class that meets your needs. Come and join us in one of our three serene yoga rooms and enjoy the benefits yoga offers to the body, mind, and soul.

We believe that yoga is a journey of self-exploration, and we’re committed to offering you a safe space to practise, relax, learn, connect, and embark on your inner journey.

As a non-profit, community driven school, we are committed to teaching yoga holistically to all, both on and off the mat.

YOGA, MEDITATION AND MORE We offer a wide variety of yoga styles and meditation practices: - Ashtanga, Mysore program, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and much more. - Special classes to help address injuries and other health issues. - Workshops on yoga philosophy, anatomy and mental wellbeing among other topics.

WE HAVE THE MOST QUALIFIED TEACHERS IN THE HAGUE - All unique in their own expertise. - They have studied with the world’s leading yoga teachers, and have extensive practice in traditional yoga.

Everyone is welcome at Inner Embassy – if you can breathe, you can practice yoga.
