IDSeat is a start-up based out of Amsterdam with the simple focus of making the stadium matchday experience more engaging for the average fan. The IDSeat software platform turns your static stadium seats into digital touchpoints.

On matchday, most clubs have thousands of fans in their stadium — but no direct digital connection to them. IDSeat enables seat-level interaction through a simple tap of the NFC or scan of the QR code, which subsequently takes the fan into a web-app where they can order food and drink, engage with club content, do score predictors and quizzes, see match analytics, and much much more.

Each tag is made unique to the seat so for clubs, this creates a new in-stadium data layer: capturing insights, identifying fans, and unlocking new commercial opportunities — all at the moment it matters most.

Clubs remain in full control of the collected data and fan relationships as IDSeat simply operates as a data processor.
