At Human Experience (HX), I partner with visionary leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic HR, technology and organizational transformation that puts both people and business success at the heart of change.

I collaborate with founders and business leaders on a freelance, project, or contract basis to shape and implement strategies for people, culture, leadership, and organizational development. HX steps in when transformation is needed and deep experience matters. My work blends business strategy, HR expertise, and tech innovation to create lasting impact.

My background as Head of HR at Google, various CPO roles (freelance and perm), and global strategy consulting at EY has taught me how to build strong people strategies and bring them to life. I thrive on collaborating with ambitious teams who genuinely care about their employees' experience at work.
