CULINARY ARTS DIPLOMA The Professional European Chef is built up in 6 stages. Every stage leads to a certificate. These certi fi cates combined are a Professional Chefs level 1 diploma recognised by the Hospitality industry for the European Culinary Arts. Learn at your own pace. With professional and personal guidance in the comfort of your own home. For the practi cal course you are invited to study at one of our Horeca Academy locations.

PROFESSIONAL EUROPEAN CHEF LEVEL 1 To receive the official diploma Professional European Chef level 1, you will need to succesfully complete all 6 stages.

Stage 1: E-learning Stage 2: Assignments Stage 3: Professional Feedback Stage 4: Webinars Stage 5: Traineeship Stage 6: Practical training

Subjects: • Cooking-and new skills and techniques • Product knowledge • No-waste creation • Pastry and ice cream preparation • Plating dishes

You can start with stage one and work your way through the program. It is also possible to only follow the practical classes at our academy. You can start with stage one through 5 at any moment. Stage 6 will take place on planned dates througout the year.
