About Flakkaboem Sessions

Flakkaboem Sessions is a series of live sessions located in the heart of Utrecht, that showcase authentic artists that we cherish from the alternative scene. Flakkaboem was founded with the purpose of spreading non-conforming creativity and music above all else, and to continue breathing life into underground cultures. For this purpose, we chose the pop-up location of Wisselspoor, which is not only a historical monument, but also a creative hub for artists of all disciplines.

Flakkaboem was founded in March 2022 by Stijn Grul (VALENTINO.), Marie Debarbieux (Sonic Acts, MD Visuals) and Borka Balogh (Universal Music, BORKA BALOGH).
