When there are cheeses produced outside the specification or when the cheese has misshapes or has mould, then Expertcheese is taking away these volumes. Expertcheese is cleaning the cheese when needed and is taking away the brand to protect the dairy. The brandnew factory in Hoogeveen is BRC AA grade certified and recently added the accreditation for Weidegang, and VLOG productions.
