European Engineers BV is an intermediary for employers and employees in the field of technology. We are specialists in Embedded Software Engineers Cisco and JAVA specialists. Our extensive network and local consultants in various European countries enable us to recruit Embedded Software Engineers from different European countries and to find positions for them in the Netherlands. Our recruitment process takes place locally and consists of an assessment of the candidate’s C.V. and an interview. Following this, the candidate is introduced to a number of potential clients in the Netherlands. If the client is interested, a video interview will take place first of all. If this has a positive outcome, the candidate will visit the client’s premises in the Netherlands for a final interview. If the client and the candidate decide that they want to work together, the candidate is able to start their secondment. The candidate commences employment with European Engineers BV. Besides the employer’s agreement, European Engineers BV also takes care of residential accommodation, assistance, assessment and evaluation consultations. European Engineers BV ensures that the candidate feels at home in the Netherlands so that they can focus on their assignment as effectively as possible.
