About Duke Strategies

We help executives make their strategic decisions and choices stakeholder-proof. That means we sharply question the motivation behind choices and make recommendations aimed at making those decisions or policies credible and acceptable to internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, we rely on AI-based research and analysis, among other things. Based on our analysis, we do not hesitate to indicate where things need to change in order to achieve stakeholder acceptance. We then help executives properly articulate and explain the chosen routes to key stakeholders.

In our years of consulting practice, the founders of Duke Strategies have regularly encountered situations in which questionable strategic decisions had to be “sold” anyway, without looking at the strategy or policy itself. These included issues such as takeover deals that could not be properly explained, bonus payments to failing executives or problematic product compositions.

Stakeholders pierce through the nonsense, after which you immediately have to start repairing. Certainly now the expectations that executives have to meet are high: what they do and how they allow the company to operate must be responsible and explainable and serve the interests of as many stakeholders as possible.
