Dinga van Driel (1960) She has over more than 25 years of business experiences both sales, marketing and coaching. She worked for several corporate companies in the Netherlands : VNU, Wegener (both publishers), TNT, Campina(fast food) , Schouten & Nelissen (training institute). The sales and marketing background, coaching attitude, professional coaching (certified) and experiences in different specialties, make her a versatile person. She has been educated by the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is also trained by the Centre of Right Relationship as teamcoach. As a teamcoach she coaches groups from 2 individuals and more by coaching the relationship (system) instead of the individuals. This way of coaching is based on coaching the Third Entity™ and all kinds of other scientifically based methods such as Process Work, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics en Taoism (lot of methods John Gottman and Arnold Mindell). Both are accredited certified programs by the International Coach Federation (ICF) of which she is a member. She works fast and result-oriented. Her company - Drielink Coaching- stands for beeing connected to yourself (powerful, personal leadership), to other people (relationship/team), and being focused on what’s happening now, at this very moment. ‘Right Relationship’ and role model is what she practices.
