How do we achieve this? DBW provides an initial Affordable Housing Solution with a price indication and a forecast of the delivery time. DBW works with European suppliers for some residential units. For larger residential solutions, DBW works with Asian suppliers who offer very interesting residential solutions. The solution meets all construction requirements while avoiding expensive solutions. The portfolio includes: - larger residential buildings, refugee/immigration housing - holiday homes/tiny houses/informal care homes - temporary/semi-permanent solutions, permanent solutions

Hoe realiseren we dit? Op basis van uw ideeën geeft DBW een eerste Betaalbare Woonoplossing met prijsindicatie en een prognose van de levertijd. Voor enkele woonunits werkt DBW met Europese leveranciers. Voor grotere woonoplossingen werkt DBW met Aziatische leveranciers, die financieel en technisch zeer interessante woonoplossingen aanbieden.

De oplossing voldoet aan alle bouwvereisten waarbij dure oplossingen worden vermeden. De portfolio omvat: - grotere woongebouwen, vluchtelingen/immigranten woonruimte - vakantie woningen/tiny houses/mantelzorgwoningen - tijdelijke/semi-permanente oplossingen, permanente oplossingen
