De Moer Project Services BV’ was founded by Ernst Smilde in December 1997. The quality of services is one of the unique selling points in the consultancy services of De Moer Project Services. We are specialists in project management of ERP projects. The main focus in our projects is on fine tuning Business Processes to the system. Modifications are developed as a Black Box solution. All modifications are in the peripheral of the system leaving the core untouched. De Moer Project Services is focussing on the design and project management of these projects. The development of the modifications is carried out in close co-operation with some trusted business partners.
