Vanuit mijn bedrijf Custos IP B.V. lever ik op structurele basis waarde op octrooigebied. Door structureel een dag(deel) per week/maand voor een bedrijf te werken kan ik als een soort van in-house octrooigemachtigde dicht tegen de organisatie aan en tegen aantrekkelijke tarieven organisaties helpen om meer waarde uit hun octrooibudget te halen.

Ik ben beschikbaar voor allerlei soorten octrooiwerkzaamheden, zoals het schrijven en verdedigen van octrooiaanvragen, strategie, en inschatting van (inbreuk)risico’s. Voor high tech startups bied ik een programma om in korte tijd een adequate octrooiportefeuille op te bouwen, bijvoorbeeld met het oog op investeerders. Ook ben ik beschikbaar voor eventuele interim opdrachten, als flexibele schil bij tijdelijke drukte, of kan ik intern iemand opleiden om de octrooien te beheren. Daarnaast reserveer ik ruimte voor losse opdrachten.

Custos IP provides patent services on a structural basis. By working structurally for (half a) day per week/month I am able to work as a sort of in-house patent attorney close within the organization at attractive costs, thereby being able to double the results within the same budget.

You can hire me for all your patent work, such as drafting, prosecution, strategy, (infringement) risks. For high tech startups I offer a program to build up a patent portfolio within a short period at low costs. I am also available for ad interim jobs, for overload work, or to educate someone on patents internally of the company. In addition I am available for single assignments.
