Having covered pretty much any possible commercial role (from bus dev to success mgt) and having led junior to senior sales and sales consultants, both locally and globally, from startup to corporate, I understand the roles, coherence and politics.

Adopting change, and increasing performance is not about learning tricks, it is about people and behavior. Individualization is key. That means hard work, loads of dedication, but also fun, honesty and learning. Key is personal development, and the development of individual strengths. Without intrinsic motivation, nothing changes, ever. I don’t teach tricks, I change behavior.
