About Climate KIC Entrepreneurship

Climate KIC Entrepreneurship offers tailored support from ideation to acceleration-empowering start-ups, Entrepreneurship Support Organisations, and innovation ecosystems.

We help build capacities by equipping incubators and accelerators with the technical and financial support they need to deliver climate entrepreneurship programmes. Through our Climathon programme, we bring citizens together to ideate and co-create solutions for local challenges. With ClimateLaunchpad we support early-stage ventures in transforming their green business ideas into viable start-ups. And with our ClimAccelerator programme, we support start-ups to scale ventures that are both impactful and sustainable, with carbon measurement embedded from the outset.

Additionally, we strengthen innovation clusters in cities around the world by bringing together entrepreneurs and other key stakeholders such as local government and businesses, policy makers and investors.
