City Outdoor Advisors is a completely independent organisation specialised in helping councils and municipalities worldwide to tie together the many existing and potential sites in order to optimise the quality and income generated by ‘outdoor’ advertising. Outdoor advertisers often pay municipal authorities good money for the use of public space. But they sometimes also provide cities with bus shelters, public loos and so forth in exchange for the right to place advertisements on them. This trade gives outdoor advertisers and local authorities a strong incentive to work with one another. City Outdoor Advisors has developed a strong track record in advising municipal authorities in the Netherlands and Belgium. City Outdoor Advisors is helping municipal and other governmental authorities with regard to outdoor advertising. COA is offering three different services: • Asset audit • Buying advice • Tenders City Outdoor Advisors is founded in the Netherlands in the year 2004 by Fred Kuhlman and Ronald Veldhuijzen van Zanten; from the start under the brand ‘Nationaal Adviesbureau Buitenreclame’ (NABB), www.nabbnet.nl. Fred and Ronald have a wide-ranging experience in the media world; both have worked as Directors in CBS Outdoor in the Netherlands. City Outdoor Advisors has a wide range of clients (>100).
