About Care4Minds

At Care4Minds we believe that helping individuals & families to better manage stress is fundamental to improving resilience. Our mission is to use our neuroscientific and psychological knowledge and expertise to design and implement practical ways of reducing stress within, and improving wellbeing of, individuals and families. Care4Minds is an international initiative by three dedicated, clinically and scientifically experienced health care professionals looking to make science practical. Our combined and unique scientific knowledge lies in the field of stress, wellbeing, developmental disabilities, the challenges of parenting and the impact/ influence of hospital settings. The goal of Care4Minds is to promote the healthy psychological development of babies, children and young people, and to support parents (and carers) to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. We offer evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, yoga and ACT in combination with easily accessible online tools.
