Hotel models For General managers of independent hotels in the Caribbean I give workshops how to improve your bottom line. I use a self developed hotel model to help you understand how key performance indicators in your hotel business are interrelated. In addition I offer services to convert key data in your operational systems (e.g. reservation systems) to business intelligence. Business case models For private companies who have to make strategic decisions I offer workshops where I help you take and set up a project to implement your strategic decisions. These models help you guide a group of people to see all aspects of a problem at hand, discuss alternative assumptions and base decisions on accurate, reliable and objective data.
