BUOY is owned by Irishwoman Joanne Kelleher, who has been working as a Communications and Marketing professional in the maritime industry for more than 12 years. Based in Rotterdam, the company is at the core of Europe’s Maritime and Shipping activity.

We also work with a team of talented creative designers, photographers, filmmakers, and copywriters.
