Bolster Investment Partners is a long term investor. Bolster acquires minority and majority stakes in extraordinary Dutch companies with a sharp focus and a proven business model. Bolster supports entrepreneurs in realizing the full potential of their business. Bolster’s mission is to create true sustainable value for its companies and its investors, through knowledge, resources and network.

The team has a proven track record; it has successfully cooperated with more than 100 companies since 1982. Until the end of 2017 under the name Van Lanschot Participaties, at which time the team became independent under the name Bolster Investment Partners.

Bolster invests in companies with an EBITDA of at least € 3 million. Between € 7,5 and 50 million is invested per company for a stake of at least 20%.

Bolster has a broad sector focus, with an emphasis on manufacturing, services and trade.
