Blue Carpet has the goal to show and develop all the individual talents within the current and future Dutch working population. We do this with state of the art digital talent solutions that we deliver to organizations, recruitment organizations and individuals.

Blue Carpet has a range of 4 SaaS talent solutions that help our customer achieve their goals: MyProfile (individual talent portfolio), MyProfile inCompany (get found within your organization based on your talents), Recruit MyProfile (find future talents for your organizations in new ways) & HR Manager (Performance Management). The fundament of all our solutions is the innovative individual talent profile. The main difference with other (social) profiles is that individuals are in control! You decide who’s seeing your profile, get direct insight in what happened with your profile and you decide to which organizations and communities you connect!
