WHAT IS BLOCKCHAINVILLAGE

At BlockchainVillage we create an open ecosystem where we build organisations of the future. Our goal is to connect students, corporate, governments, startups and blockchain-experts and enable them to work together on developing & sharing knowledge, generating new (business) ideas and building new future proof organisations.

While (understanding of) blockchain technology is still in its infancy, we consciously create a lot of room for learning, experimentation and dialogue so that we can discover the possibilities of decentralization further together. Besides that we show what opportunities are out there today already and keep a close eye on new developments all the time.

The values and drivers behind the creation of BlockchainVillage give us a solid foundation. We are open to any background, culture or idea and stimulate people to always contribute based on their talents, interests and skills.

HOW WE WORK

We connect Amsterdam's 100,000 students with innovative organisations and experimenting governments by facilitating collaboration within our unique program that is focused on Education (BlockSchool), Inspiration & networking (DeCentral Park), Incubation & Acceleration (mistudio @ The Building) and a Tech Lab.

We support each endeavor in a flexible way and support them with the best technical, legal and business experts who have proven track records working with blockchain technology. On top of that we ensure a close connection between these projects/ ideas and tech savvy investors when the time is right.

A multidisciplinary approach is vital for BlockchainVillage. Only by looking at the development and application of blockchain technology from various angles and disciplines can we reach maturity and create successful solutions or businesses.
