B-CEPS helps companies in strategic sourcing for People, Services, IT and technology. Advisory services include Make/Buy/Collaborate decisions, shaping strategies and business cases and developing operating and collaboration models for resourcing business activities en technologies.

Subsequently B-CEPS can help realize the strategy with program and change management and by developing roadmaps and implementing commercial and collaboration models.
