As the largest community kitchen in the Netherlands, we facilitate meaningful connections through the development of resilient food systems and shared urban spaces. Beyond our physical locations, De Sering serves as a strategic educational consultant for like-minded organisations across Europe, scaling our impact through knowledge-sharing and collective action.

Our Ecosystem: * De Sering West & Centraal: The first branches of our mission to form a sociocratic network of living and workspaces. * TestTafel: Our flagship experimental kitchen. By discarding traditional kitchen hierarchies, we deliver a new, 100% plant-based fine-dining menu every week—proving that seasonal, local availability and creative freedom can redefine sustainable hospitality. Now hosted by art-centre and city-biotope, Mediamatic.
