Founded in 2024, Aleph Cognito was born out of our personal insights that mental health issues often last for a long time before they get addressed. The mental health care system is simply not equipped with tools and strategies to catch problems early on and help people when they need it the most. Aleph Cognito strives to be a proactive, comprehensive and innovative response to the stagnating and reactive status quo of mental health care.
