AFLS was founded at the beginning of 2013 with the purpose of providing customized services to businesses and for business owners. The idea originated from one of the founders, when he experienced the comfort of getting his financial needs taken care of, from behind his desk. Business owners often spend a lot of time taking care of organizational aspects like personnel and business formalities to name a few, while lacking time to concentrate on the cash generating part of the business. We take work out of your hands and in return we give you more time to concentrate on running your business! We offer amongst others financial services, business support and advisory services. Bank financing: starting by preparing the loan application/businessplan, organizing the paperwork and deal with the financial institutions, up to handling the logistics of the loan (notary deeds, insurance requirements, etc). We have 13 years of experience in Commercial and Corporate Banking and our loan applications are prepared in accordance to the Bank's requirements. Our Business & Advisory services include business startup assistance, accounting & payroll services and intermediary services. We assist you with developing and working out business ideas into a businessplan, incorporation of the business, handling legal & fiscal formalities and requirements and applying for financial assistance at the different financial institutions. We provide administrative assistance on temporary basis as well as for longer terms, this includes maintaining financial records, preparing (occurring) reporting, compiling financial statements, one-time projects, payroll setup and payroll services in general. We work closely with registered professionals where necessary in the area of HR, Tax, Accounting etc. and act as intermediaries on behalf of the business owners, by organizing the paperwork, handle requests for information and assist, guide and take action stipulated.
