About a-visie

A-visie is where learning, leadership, and organizational development converge. As an interim (learning) design lead, we support teams, professionals, and organizations in designing learning experiences and systems that enable sustainable growth.

We create space for reflection, rhythm, and experimentation. We guide organizations in cultivating a learning culture—through strategy, creativity, and human connection.

With A-visie, I (Anneke Blok) mentor changemakers and L&D professionals in transition. I’m also the founder of Unfold—my platform for 1:1 and cohort-based mentorship journeys.
