A²-consultancy specializes in the field of investment technology, operations and data management solutions. A²-consultants are experienced with different investment solutions. A²-consultancy believes that there is more to selection and implementation than meets the eye. An implementation usually is a big multidisciplinary project with many resources. A² is the bridge between business and IT, between processes and configuration, between client and vendor and between C-level management and operational employees. A²-consultancy is familiar with the complexity of introducing new processes, especially in combination with selection and implementation of new systems. A² has the procedures, template, know how in place for these complex change processes. This includes the process of selecting and implementing new systems based on RFI and RFP procedures and knowledge of Investment Management Software solutions.
